Skill Hunt Season 1

The first organized event in my life was "Skill Hunt." I have many beautiful and memorable memories of this event! I learned a lot that day! After opening my organization, "Aruddho Ekattor", what if I can teach others? Such as graphic design! Suddenly the thought came to mind if we really want to bring a positive change among this young generation, they should first learn some digital skills of the digital world! There was only one day left for the event! Designing banners for the event, printing, managing volunteers, planning, and posting social media - I had to do it all! Although this seemed impossible before starting, somehow, I handled everything. There was only one tension in my mind. The new organization; this is the first time anyone has heard of the name, no school, and no promotion, all online! Will people come to our program?

I went early the following day and explained the duties of the volunteer. It was outstanding teamwork; I slowly saw that 150+ people filled the room! I felt a tear in the corner of my eye; for the first time in my life, I got up on the stage in front of so many people and gave a speech; my hands were shaking then! I have to thank my friend Wasy! He taught me public speaking and leadership!

The event ended successfully! Everyone had a smile on their face, and everyone learned something new! Everyone was praising us. I then went and hugged Wasy. He exclaimed, "Amra Aruddho," which in Bengali means, "We are unstoppable"!

Skill Hunt Season 2

In 2023, we redesigned our project. A total of 5 schools held our event, Skill Hunt 2.0. Leadership, Communication, Networking, Importance of Volunteerism, and ECA were the topics of this year's Skill Hunt! Invited speakers from the other districts came to our event! The first year the event was covered by us, but luckily, a company sponsored us this time! So we didn't have to worry about money this time! We were able to inspire 1500+ youths about the importance of learning skills from this age and getting involved in volunteerism/community service!  (Know more)

After this project, 500+ young people wanted to join us as a member! All the young people of Comilla district were chanting one name, "Aruddho Ekattor!"
